The Hotel Saline’s kitchen is run by a team of chefs from Cilento who are tied to the flavours and traditions of our land and our Mediterranean Diet, an intangible heritage of humanity, that satisfies even the most refined palates. Each chef prepares personalised menus suitable for any type of clientele, with particular attention to children.

Cilento embraces the Sorrento Coast

The menus have been conceived by the Michelin-starred chef Peppe Guida, 1 Michelin star since 2007 and owner of the Osteria Nonna Rosa.

For this new collaboration the “avant-gardist of Campania tradition” chef will focus on enhancing the flavours of the Mediterranean diet with even fresher and more genuine dishes based on products from Cilento and fresh fish from our sea.

Ulysse Restaurant

Located in the hotel’s indoor dining room with view on the sea and the beach, it welcomes guests in a large and bright space, delighting them with specialities from the Cilento cuisine, creatively revisited by our chefs.

With more than 150 covers, it offers quality and hospitality giving the experience of a large house by the sea. With a daily à la carte menu, each guest can choose from a wide selection of dishes and pizzas.

Vegetarian guests or those with food intolerances will find our staff available to create a personalised menu.

Chalet Calypso Snack Restaurant

Located on the beach with a wonderful view on the Cilento sea

Chalet Calypso is reserved for our guests and is the ideal place to relax while savouring the tasty dishes of our cuisine, both from the à la carte and pizzeria.

Moreover, the Chalet Calypso can be used to organise events, ceremonies, anniversaries, and company meetings.

Penelope Lounge & Bar

Our experienced bartenders will prepare colourful cocktails to be served by the pool or in the lounge corner until midnight.

The Penelope Lounge & Bar is furnished with wooden-topped tables and a wonderful floor which reprises the colours of the sea. It’s the perfect location for those wanting to enjoy moments of pure relaxation and savour an aperitif at sunset or a cocktail after dinner.

Banqueting

The Hotel Saline is the perfect setting to host a special event. Our staff will take care of every aspect and detail of the organisation, meeting every wish of our beloved guests.

Whether it’s a birthday, an anniversary, a business dinner or a gala dinner, the Hotel Saline provides 2 restaurant rooms, the swimming pool, the lounge bar, and the private beach giving an extra touch to the event and creating a refined and private atmosphere.
