The Hotel Saline’s kitchen is run by a team of chefs from Cilento who are tied to the flavours and traditions of our land and our Mediterranean Diet, an intangible heritage of humanity, that satisfies even the most refined palates. Each chef prepares personalised menus suitable for any type of clientele, with particular attention to children.
Cilento embraces the Sorrento Coast
The menus have been conceived by the Michelin-starred chef Peppe Guida, 1 Michelin star since 2007 and owner of the Osteria Nonna Rosa.
For this new collaboration the “avant-gardist of Campania tradition” chef will focus on enhancing the flavours of the Mediterranean diet with even fresher and more genuine dishes based on products from Cilento and fresh fish from our sea.
